Well... Get antivirus protection. Go into your computers "Contorl pannel" and "Security Center." Make usre everything is on and working right. Then dont go on any bad sites.. Unless the urge is to great for w.e. the reason and u feel the need to risk it. Usually there are pop-ups telling you there may be "Malicious Content" on a certain site. I can send u a link if u wish to try this out?  ???

http://www.comodo.com/home/internet-security/free-internet-security.php

Download and install WITHOUT installing geek buddy. (make sure its not checked when installing) All current and future problems will be gone...

If you feel like a change in browser, Comodo also offers a Google crome browser with Comodo internet security built in.... it keeps you off malicious sites before you get on them and even have a chance to get a virus.

I've literally had absolutely no viruses/errors/malware since i got Comodo stuff... its a really great company... and its a TON better visually than any other free antivirus program.

The best part about it though, is as long as its not scanning, it uses virtually no resources... so it doesn't slow battlefield down at all ;D  I checked it at 0% CPU and just over 7Mb of Ram... about what xfire uses, depending on what your doing with it :)
