inter state 18 mod. i cant open it it says cant open to D.C/Downloads/inter state 18. and i dont know how to install it :o

There will soon be a section that contains several mods on the download center. Ill personaly remake the install files, so there should be no issue.

best place to go for interstate stuff is on thier website there is a download link for the mod on there that has a phew maps and there is also a link that has all or most the maps on but you can dl each individual
