The site is registered with SMFnew.com you cant add anything that doesnt come with the given package unless you upgrade to pro.
There isnt even access the the websites files.

I worked with smf. You just add these to a zip folder and you upload it on packages.

What I'm saying though is that this host won't let you upload ANYTHING to the site root. :-\ unless you pay a $30 transfer fee, and $10 a month  :P
