Chamber of Commerce is a place for learning i believe. At universities where they often have a building for the course of commerce it is called the chamber of commerce =D

The chamber of commerse is where they deal with the citys money... ie. debts, taxes, and where to spend money on things like roads and new constuction.... so my question was, if its for rent... who deals with all the citys money  ???
