so my pc sucks really bad, and i have wanted to record minecraft but cant.....not i know recording does not just depend on your ram, but if i went from 4 to 8 gigs would i be able to record at a better fps

It wouldnt matter, its your PC only.. If you have an old game thats 1,000,000 MB like i did..Delete it... I used to have a 1,100,112 MB Game and I deleted it and now my pc is fast as kill **** a kid in his van
