In-Game Lag
« on: October 24, 2010, 11:57:57 pm »
Since yesterday, I've had this really bad lag on my computer. I don't know the reason why, but I think it may have to do with when I installed Flight Simulator X. During the first minute or so, my game runs smoothly, but then I can't even aim right afterward.

Any suggestions?

It's not a compatibility issue that I'm dealing with, it's the fact that my lag has increased since the installation of a game. Maybe I should uninstall it?  :-\

If you have a 32 bit OS, go here
http://us.download.nvidia.com/Windows/260.99/260.99_desktop_win7_winvista_32bit_english_whql.exe

If you have a 64 bit OS, go here
http://us.download.nvidia.com/Windows/260.99/260.99_desktop_win7_winvista_64bit_english_whql.exe

Both legit and safe from Nvidia  ;)

Downloading and installing will most likely fix problem  ;D

Already tried, didn't work. The lag only happens when I'm around others. Could it be my internet?  :-\

Androids good. The only thing i would say is: Do you still use on disc when on Xfire? If you do, that seems to give me alot of lagg. You dont need the disc since Xfire downloaded the intro inside xfire itself, so you dont technically need the disc. try that

Yeah, I use the disc. I get an error if I don't.
