 I really need help with my bf..it would crash when im loading a game and im ok with that but now i cant even load up the screen with out it crashing  :'( any help or advice?

Reinstalling it didnt help  :'( unless anyone has any more advice im screwed   :o but it did let me install road to rome >:D
