He is a pretty good pilot, Umpa w/out the ground skill. Look for him on Battleaxe or El Amein

Ya... without the rifle skills, it will be hard to fit in here.
Sorry, but it's a no from me. There's no stopping you from training some more then trying again :D I'd be happy to give you a second look then.
