Google is your friend ;)
To be un-naked go to Google Images and search 100 X 100 Avatars or GIF's and it should come up with alot. Click one That you want as your avatar. Then click Full Size Image on the right. When you get there There should be nothing but a white screen and the picture. Copy the URL of that page. Then go to your Forum Profile and check Specify avatar by URL and paste the link there, save, and your done! The box already has one "http://" in it so you will have to erase it first.
Or you could just choose one the site offers you but I kinda like PB&J time guy don't you ^.^
