glitchy walking everyday need help

pro suggested that i make this.
okay.. when i play the game, everyday i have extremely bad lag and
cant turn without my screen all of a sudden popping back to where it
was previously. i can't aim and this happens to me almost everyday.
im starting to think that i should resign because i can't play.
.. help its no fun to have your favorite game not work

this is in order of what i would do, If first step doesn't work, move to next and so on, but if you fix it, don't move on with the list

restart computer. Could be memory leak?
stop background programs and stop useing hacks.
restart wireless router or wired router.
restart modem
reinstall game
restore computer to previous date
reformat computer

Oh, and go to speedtest.net
select New York as your server
run test
copy link and post it here

Do the same at pingtest.net

Here is a tip that never fails me:
1) Turn off computer
2) Open window on a cold day
3) Don't touch it until it is cool to the touch
4) Turn back on
We run our computers to long, they often have heating issues slowing everything down because the silicon chip tends to expand a bit screwing stuff up.

Well... I'm quoting a topic that's over a year old and it probably will never be read by you... but your problem was probably upload speed... 0.2Mb/s would pose a real problem with any online game.
