He is a very Very talented player, and I'd be more than willing to give him my vote, BUT... On SFC forum, there is nothing about him leaving the clan, and he is still on the team list... Untill it is 100% clear he has left, i will have to withhold my vote.

And yes, he deserves to get voted into WBS (not WBSR). He has the skill for that.
