First off, I hope you aren't saying I called  you a noob... 
Secondly, I only used you leaving as an example for my argumentative points.
Thirdly, I never said you asked me to be a mediator, I merely said I did not want to be.
Lastly, I never said Koga did not break rules, for I have seen him do some things before, and I have talked to him about it. I have seen both of you break rules even when you weren't copying others actions, so it can go both ways for either of you. And in case you ask what rules, I'll stick to the most common. For Koga, I would say it is camping. As for you, I would say ignoring administrator's requests (This is mostly for me when i have asked you many times to control your temper and you have to win the argument you are in... But I have to say you have been getting much better and I thank you for that). You do not usually camp, but Koga always listens when an administrator tells him to do something.
 
I hope you guys can figure this out, because we do not need this in our clan.
