Sadly it is not possible to make some commands available to members, it would either have to be all of them or none of them.
Yeah if we had this we would be able to kick and ban people too as those messages are basically warning a player in the same way you would warn for tk or whatever. so we would have all that, and that probably wouldnt go down well  ::)
