I dont know if you can do this but I'll try
Take out the main bridge and make a ramp on each side so you have to turbo over the water
I really dont know if you can do that but I think if you could it would've very cool

It's possible and actually quite easy, but no one would be able to see it without downloading a mod telling them the position of the new objects. If you didn't have the download you would see a bridge, but when you tried to go over it, you would hit an invisible ramp, and if you tried to stand on the bridge, you would fall through because it wouldn't actually be there.
